This page provides information for students who are currently studying in Year 11 at the school and for prospective students from other schools who wish to join our Sixth Form in September 2024.

This event was for current Langley Grammar Year 11 students and for those external students wishing to join us in Year 12 for the Sixth Form. Families were able to meet students and staff and take a guided tour of our facilities.

Applicants from other schools

The online application process for external students can be accessed by clicking here or by using the link below:

You will need to obtain your predicted grades before applying to ensure you meet our general and subject-specific entry requirements. Further information about subject requirements can be found in the information booklets on our general Sixth Form admissions page.

To complete the whole application you will require:

your predicted grades for your GCSE subjects
referee contact details for your current school
your final choice of 4 A level subjects and 1 reserve subject
your choice of 2 enrichment courses.

Please note that our expectation is that prospective students will be sitting at least nine GCSE qualifications in Year 11.

You will need to enter your predicted GCSE grades at the point of completing an application. These will be checked by requesting a reference from your current school.

For applicants wishing to join from other schools, the deadline for applications is Thursday 18 January 2024, with references from your schools to be received by Friday 26 January 2024. Both your application and your school's reference must be received by Friday 26 January 2024 in order for your application to be reviewed.

Applicants from Langley Grammar School Year 11

Students currently in Year 11 at Langley Grammar School will need to complete the same application using the details and link sent in their 'invitation to apply' email.
