Design Technology Assistant – term-time only, part-time, 27.5 hours per week

Teacher of Science - Substantial part-time (0.6 – 0.8 FTE)

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Teacher of Science (any specialism) to
join a high performing and supportive Science team. This is a part time role and we will consider
applications from candidates seeking 0.6 - 0.8FTE employment (i.e. 3 or 4 days a week).
The successful candidate would be expected to teach their specialist subject for GCSE in Years 9-
11 and to contribute to the teaching of the Year 7/8 Science course, which includes elements of
physics, chemistry and biology. The sciences are a popular choice for students in the Sixth Form
and the ability of the candidate to teach A Level and a second science subject to GCSE is an

Teacher of Music - Part-time (0.4 – 0.6 FTE)

We are seeking a well-qualified and inspirational Music teacher to work within our supportive and
innovative department. Music is a popular subject, with a good uptake at GCSE and a sustainable
uptake to A Level along with a thriving programme of extracurricular activities. The creative arts
are highly valued in the school and the provision has developed extensively over recent years,
leading to our application for the Artsmark Award at Platinum level.
Lunch time Supervisor, term-time only, 7.5 hours per week
We are looking to recruit a lunchtime controller to work, as part of a team, in securing the safety and welfare of pupils during the midday break. This will involve supervision of pupils in and about the premises and site of the school and other duties as requested by the team leader.
The hours are 12.45 - 14.15, Monday-Friday, term time only and the rate of pay is approximately £9 per hour.
