Subject Leader for Geography  - Required for September 2021

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Subject Leader for Geography to lead a high performing and supportive team.  This is a permanent appointment.

Geography is a strong and popular subject within the school.  It is taught to all students in years 7-9 and approximately 50% of the cohort each year opt to take the subject for GCSE.  There is also a committed uptake to A Level in the Sixth Form.  Results are consistently strong, the use of technology to deliver the curriculum is well developed, and the staff team are both cohesive and experienced. The vacancy has become available due to the promotion of the former subject leader to a senior role in the school.
