We have invited 73 children to graduate and they can each bring up to 2 guests to celebrate, so a potential of 219 people. 

We would like to arrive with the children at 1pm and have guests arrive from 1:15. We plan to depart by 2:30 and we are hoping to have a performance by our school band but shouldn't need any technical support.
