    PGL Netball Weekend

    Langley Grammar School's netball teams recently returned from a great visit to the PGL Activity Centre in Liddington. Over the weekend, each team enjoyed three main activities; ‘Queue and Do’, Evening entertainment, and of course, netball!

    On the 14th March, our year 12 students had the opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of the United Nations, learning more about the UN's 17 Sustainable Development Goals and the issues affecting a range of developing countries around the world.

    On Friday 15 March students from year 10, 11 & 12 were given the opportunity to attend the ‘What’s Next!?’ fair which, comprised of an assemblage of universities and apprenticeship schemes, informing them about the possible routes we could take after Sixth Form.

    On the 8th March 2019, students from year 11 and year 12 visited Oxford University for a Study Day run by Academy Conferences. Students from several other schools attended and benefitted from hearing range of talks covering many ideas that we would not normally cover in school.
