Careers & Higher Education
Young people today have more choice about what to do in the future than ever before. At Langley Grammar School, we prepare students for the challenges and opportunities of adult life through a progressive programme of careers-related activities designed to develop the skills, attitudes and knowledge needed to be successful in the world of work in the 21st Century.
Additional information and advice is offered through these website pages and the Careers Library located in the school’s Library. This information is updated routinely throughout the year with a full review annually.
The school's Careers Leader is Ms Felicity Northcott, Deputy Director of Sixth Form. She can be contacted through the main school phone number 01753 598300 or via the school email address email@example.com marked for the attention of the Careers Leader.
The school contracts with David Ritchie & Associates for the provision of specialist careers advice and guidance. Our attached careers and HE advisor is Mr Sailesh Divani, who is based in the school for two days each week.
We also work with the former Thames Valley Connexions organisation, now known as Adviza, who provide individual advice and guidance interviews for Year 11 students.
