This year, over 77% of GCSE entries were awarded grades 7-9. The average grade achieved was 7.5. The overall pass rate at grade 4 or above was 99.8%, the highest achieved by the school since the introduction of the 9–1 grading system. There were also some outstanding individual performances, with thirteen students achieving at least nine grade 9s
