We use SchoolCloud to organise and run our Parents Teacher Consultations (PTC) and Report Reviews with form tutors. The main changes include:
- Allowing parents (and teachers) to book appointments online, rather than students making appointments on behalf of parents.
- To enable the use of video-conferencing, integated into the SchoolCloud platform so parents do not need to come onto the school site for meetings.
Details about setting up SchoolCloud accounts are sent to parents in year 7 as part of the communications welcome pack, and are also outlined below. More instructions are available from the SchoolCloud website, for example:
