      On Tuesday 30th October, Year 8 visited the London Dungeons to celebrate the Halloween Screamfest! The students have been studying gothic fiction in their English lessons and so the venue offered plenty of inspiration on the subject.

    • Year 9 Restart a Heart Day

      The whole of year 9 recently benefited from the 'restart a heart' workshop: a whole day's first aid training of how to identify the signs of a heart attack and apply the basics of CPR.

    • Year 11 Geography Visit

      On the 28th September 2018, the geography GCSE students at Langley Grammar School embarked on a journey to the New Forest National Park and the adjacent coastline to look at the rural to urban continuum and coastal process and management.

    • LGS Orchestra perform at the Royal Albert Hall

      On 1st July 2018, members of Langley Grammar School’s very own Orchestra walked into the Royal Albert Hall as performers rather than spectators to perform Dvorak’s Slavonic Dance No. 1 as part of a 200-strong orchestra of students from Berkshire and Buckinghamshire.
